Recipe: Homemade Fruit Protein Popsicles

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mango)

- 1 scoop of vanilla or berry-flavored protein powder

- 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt

- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)

- 1/2 cup of coconut water or fruit juice (optional)


Instructions:

1. Prepare the Fruit: Wash and chop the mixed fresh fruits into small pieces.

2. Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the mixed fruits, protein powder, Greek yogurt, and honey or maple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth.

3. Adjust Consistency: If the mixture is too thick, add coconut water or fruit juice to achieve the desired consistency.

4. Fill the Popsicle Molds: Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.

5. Freeze the Popsicles: Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for 4-6 hours, or until fully set.

6. Serve and Enjoy: Once the popsicles are completely frozen, remove them from the molds by running warm water over the outside for a few seconds. Gently pull out the popsicles and serve immediately.
